In May the Vale of Itchen lodge holds it’s last meeting before masonicly ‘going dark’ for the summer.

The lodge met and elected; the Master-Elect to be Installed as the lodge’s new Master in October, the Treasurer to serve for next year, 4 members of lodge to serve on the Lodge Committee and 2 brethren as Auditors.
The Vale of Itchen hosted a representative from SERV Wessex, the local ‘blood bikes’ charity. This charity is entirely volunteer ran and entirely funded by charitable donations. Their mission is to provide out-of-hours and urgent delivery services for blood products, medical samples, and medication.

The Vale of Itchen presented SERV Wessex with a charitable donation cheque and hosted the representative for the Festive Board evening meal.
